Opt In Form / Election to Join

Welcome to the LGPS!  Or, for those who have opted out before, welcome back!

You just need to complete this form and return it to your line manager and they will get the wheels moving to opt you into the pension scheme.  Payroll will start taking your contributions as soon as possible, and Essex Pension Fund will get your pension record set up as quickly as we can - we'll send you a welcome letter as soon as we have received all your details from your employer.
