Please note that although the Fund's annual report and accounts have been finalised, they have not yet been certified by Essex County Council's S151 Officer, Nicole Wood, and therefore a 'draft' marker has been placed on the document until this process can be completed.  You can find out more about this matter on Essex County Council's website.
