We're Going Paperless

In line with Essex Pension Fund's commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050, from next year we will no longer automatically provide your annual benefit statement to you through the post.

You can already access your statements electronically through our quick and convenient member self-service portal, Member Online, and from next year this will be the primary way that we deliver your statements to you.

Member Online also offers a great range of facilities to help you keep track of your pension; you can update your personal details and expression of wish nomination, and can run your own pension estimates using the pension modeller! And of course, your annual benefit statements (or if you have already retired, your P60s and payslips) are safely stored online, and you can access them whenever you need them.

If you haven't yet registered for the service, you don’t need to take any immediate action, we will be writing to you in the coming months to invite you to sign up to Member Online.

If you have registered but need to recover your login details, please contact PensionOnlineSupport@essex.gov.uk  and the team will be happy to assist you.
