We are absolutely delighted to have won the Fund of the Year Award (large) at the LGC Investments Award 2024.
The LGC Investments Awards recognise excellence across the LGPS community and focuses on best practice and innovation in this fast paced, ever-changing landscape.
Winning this award rounds out an extraordinary year for the Fund, and reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire team in pursuing the Fund's goals and ambitions, keeping our stakeholders at the heart of what we do.
The Judges highlighted the Fund's approach to implementing the McCloud Remedy and commented that the Fund was "very good overall across all categories of assessment". We are immensely proud to be awarded this prestigious accolade by our peers.
The award was accepted on behalf of the Fund by Sara Maxey (Head of Actuarial and Funding), Kelly Armstrong (Contact and Customer Manager), Amanda Crawford (Head of Fund Compliance and Governance), Samantha Andrews (Head of Fund Investments), Alba Sanchez (Senior Pension Consultant) and Emily Sheehan (Senior Pension Consultant).
