Essex Pension Fund's response to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) consultation into proposed amendments to the statutory underpin.

The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has opened a consultation on the proposed changes to the LGPS which will be necessary to meet the requirements of the McCloud case.

The consultation sets out how MHCLG propose to amend the statutory underpin to remove age discrimination from LGPS regulations.
