Annual Allowance (AA) for LGPS Members 2020/21

Further information for members who have recently received a Pension Saving Statement (PSS).

We are currently in the process of writing to all members of the Essex Pension Fund who have exceeded the standard Annual Allowance (AA) limit this year, and have created an 'Annual Allowance (AA) Guide for LGPS Members' to assist these individuals.

We have also created a guide to how Pension Input Amounts (PIAs) are calculated, which affected members may find useful.
